RAILSIM Main Menu serves as the "control panel" for the licensed suite of applications.  RAILSIM launches to the Main Menu, from which you subsequently access the applications that are included in your customized license package.

RAILSIM Main Menu lets you specify such global options and settings as:

• Units of measurement (RAILSIM supports both metric and imperial)
• Screen and Report Headers
• Chainage/Stationing formats and displays
• The manner in which time values are displayed, and
• The labeling of directional output (Inbound/Outbound or East/West for example)

RAILSIM System Options need only be specified once (here) for all RAILSIM modules.

Manage multiple RAILSIM databases directly in the Main Menu.  Here you may create, rename, delete or clean a database.  You may also switch RAILSIM's focus to another database without having to exit and then reenter the system.
